Thin guys should have a complete, balanced, and nutritious diet. Their diet should include proteins, carbohydrates, calcium and iron. Protein builds the body cells and helps to gaining weight. Calcium makes the bones strong and iron increases the quantity of hemoglobin in the body. A thin young guy should take a proper diet including green vegetables, dairy products, fruits and meals. They can also take non-vegetarian food twice a week.

A normal and healthy teenager should also be careful about his/her diet and eating habits and they have to take a healthy and nutritious diet to maintain their body healthy forever.

There are some other points to follow as the sensible eating like do not eat in hurry, chew the food slowly and take the small bites to digest easily. Never eat vegetables without cooking otherwise harmful chemicals can affect the inner body organs. Before eating the packed foods like potato chips, cookies and cold drinks, read their ingredients and expiry date carefully and overweighed guys should not eat all these stuff. Drink a lot of fresh and filtered water. Do not over eat in dinner.

In United States, there is a great rise in the popularity of fast foods like pizza, burgur, hot dog, and patties etc. and are mostly liked by the teenagers. Teenager’s taste of fast food can be making them over weighted.

Teenagers have to face the increased insulin in blood, which is not good for their health in the teen age. Insulin can cause diabetes and diabetes is not a good indication for the heart. Fast foods contain high quantity of sugar, calories and fats. All the fast-food ingredients like cheese, potato, vegetable oil, and butter are much rich in calories but with less nutrients.

Teenagers eating fast-food more than twice a week is not good for their health and they are openly inviting the diseases. According to a survey about fast-food lovers, the reports show that males are more frequent than females to visit at fast-food restaurants. The parents should also be aware about the diet of their children.

Parents should guide their children about what to eat and what not to eat. They should also aware their teens for the healthy eating habits. Tell them about calories and fats i.e. how i hey affects the body functioning. Guide them for a limited use of fast food and enough use of nutritious food. Due to the hormonal changes and other physical changes in teen age you have to eat a balanced and healthy food.

Fast- food contains lots of fats, which can cause acne. If you cannot leave or decrease eating fast food then it would be better and prepare your own fast-food yourself at home with a use of low fats and under hygienic conditions.
